Responsibilities
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
· Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing/sales goals.
· Ability to track and follow up on leads
· Ability to learn and properly utilize sales processes
· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
· Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to effectively relate to a customer
· Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
· Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
Compensation $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
