"After 13 years with Charlotte Weaver insurance agency, I'm starting a new chapter- scaling back some of my coverage while keeping the plan that still fits my needs.Overall , I'd give the agency 4 stars for the service I've received over the years. That said , Kaleigh deserves 5 stars on her own. Kaleigh is the best Representative I've worked with at Charlotte Weaver State Farm. "Had a great review with Kisha today, and I'm glad your office does the periodic reviews we made some changes to ALL of our policies. We added more coverage where we felt t was needed and cut some corners (deductibles) where we felt like we could better balance cost/savings. We still have a minor decision to make over the next few days, but I feel like our coverage is right about where we need to be. Kisha did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining the details of our policies and used examples from her personal life to iron-out key points. She added a mix of humor and intellect that made today's visit feel more like sitting down with a friend and less like a business meeting. Thanks for being there for us!"

"I’m very disappointed with my experience with Allstate Home Insurance. During the initial call, I was told that the new policy would be quite similar to my existing coverage but offered at a lower premium. Based on that understanding, I agreed to proceed. However, it was not clearly disclosed that the deductible structure was significantly different. My previous policy had a straightforward $1,000 deductible, whereas the new policy carries a 2% deductible based on the dwelling cost, which is substantially higher and exposes me to much greater out-of-pocket expenses in the event of a claim. This critical difference should have been clearly explained upfront. The lack of transparency during the sales process feels misleading and has caused considerable frustration. I would not have made the switch had this been properly communicated. I strongly recommend improving disclosure practices so customers can make fully informed decisions."

"I've been with State Farm for over 15 years. We've always been treated with respect and honesty. There's an employee by the name of Kaleigh, who is a diamond in the rough. She gives me personal care. Quick and easy answers to my questions and concerns. She also has i text line for when I can't really talk. Even though I've been introduced to cheaper rates, you can't get the same customer service as I get from Kaleigh. As long as she's there, I'm there."
